        Worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Keep losing my proof of insurance. One month behind and they charged me over $600 to have someone drive by to make sure I still lived in my house. Biggest joke of a mortgage company!! Can't ever talk to someone human. I can't wait to refinance with a better company! Joe was great though, nothing bad to say about him. It's the main office in SC that keeps dropping the ball.
