Rich Miller Properties

I purchased my Hamilton home, with acreage, from Rich Miller. It was my 7th home purchase, and hands down Rich was the absolute most outstanding real estate agent I've ever dealt with. This gentleman has a vast amount of relevant experience, and it shows through in the properties he shows you, the insightful questions he asks on your behalf, and the all-around professional, prompt, courteous manner he exhibits. I've never felt like I got my money's worth in dealing with a real estate agent until working with this man. In fact, I felt bad after the close on my property that he didn't earn more- as he was worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend this fellow- unless you're a jerk. In that case go somewhere else.

Rich was a great agent.... He always did what he said he would do for us, when he said it would be accomplished and was very good at mitigating any problems with buyers, buyers agents or problems that needed addressing regarding our house sale or the new house being purchased in another state... His advice was always valued as being the best action to mitigate any problems as the arose .... He was always on time for any appointments required for the sale.... The house sold on the first day listed for full price that Rich recommended .... This was the very best house sale we have ever participated in the many years and numerous houses sold/purchased by us.... We would highly recommend Rich to represent you in buying or selling a house in the Bitterroot Valley!... We currently value him as a friend and not just as our agent in this endeavor ...
