        scam artists. Do yourself a favor and pay for your phone upfront and never EVER do any of their upgrade deals. They dont honor it. I also recommend documenting every single conversation you have with them about upgrades, etc. they basically tricked me and stole my paid off phone then forced me into payments for a brand new phone I didnt want to begin with under the facade of a trade in deal. They said they would call back and follow up multiple times and never did. Good cell reception , but beware of the corporate scam. They can do whatever the heck they want and get away with it apparently.

        We moved to Hamilton and changed our cell service from T-mobile to Verizon. Siena helped us find the best deals and plans for our needs and took the time to out line all of the fees and options, finding the very best deal for us. When our first bill had issues with charges, I only had to call her and she took care of fixing all of it for me. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such amazing customer service. She was friendly, easy to work with, delivered on all of her promises, and took care of everything so that I did not have to spend hours on the phone with customer service. Would highly recommend this Verizon store and Siena specifically.
