Ember

A new restaurant in Hamilton that has a beautifully curated menu and wine list. Service was excellent. For Starters we had the Beets, Flatbread and a nicely smoked pastrami. Mains included a Waygu Beef Pot Pie and roasted pork with an amazing spice profile (Baharat) Veg broccolini with kale chips and sun-chokes.

We were a party of 5 and were seated at the "chef's table" so we could watch the action in the kitchen. We ordered one of everything on the menu, from starters to desserts. The staff was enthusiastic about our decision to share every dish and kept us supplied with clean plates and cutlery when needed. Every dish was delicious! When you go, take friends--5 or 6 can share everything on the menu!

What a superb addition to an already robust food scene in Ravalli County Montana! We loved everything about this eating experiencelocally sourced foods, presentation, exemplary staffing and perfect food. As a party of 4, we were able to try out so much. I am an appetizer and sides freak and this did not disappoint! To top it off, both Chef and owner, Brandon, as well as Chef Toby, took a moment to check in at our table. We have followed Toby to wherever his career has taken him, so his contribution we already know is amazing. Brandon brings the chops of the Ember collective to enrich our area. Thank everyone for a perfect time! Parking: Main Street is sweet, so park anywhere and walk a block. Youll be glad you did after your tummy is full.
