        I have being going to Asta for 6 months now and I have never found help with therapy in the past the way she helps me. She is a wonderful therapist and always has a solution to my struggles. She has helped tremendously with my past trauma and the healing process. She has opened my mind to understanding the true process of an ADHD mindset. She has also taught me how to set and display healthy boundaries with friends and family and she has also helped me learn the true meaning of a healthy relationship and how to manage in a healthy and positive way. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a good source of therapy.
