I had a great class here when I was visiting from out of state! It was definitely a little more challenging than my normal gentle yoga but I never felt any pressure to overdo it or any judgement about my abilities. It was really fun to push myself a little bit. The instructor was very kind. I was really impressed with her ability to guide a large class so intuitively. They do have mats and towels for rent. I couldnt find that info on the website so for anyone else traveling through, dont worry about supplies!

I felt welcome as a new member. And even though I haven't done yoga in years, I felt like I belonged.

A friend convinced me to try this class today. I was a little nervous. Thankfully, Glenn gave me a tour of the studio prior to the class. He also gave me tips and pointers to get the most out of the experience. The room was beautiful, ambient, and clean. Glenn was a wondeful instructor and explained each pose in a way I was able to understand, even as a first-timer. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will be attending again in the future.
