Parts department is great, really quite competent and happy to make sure I get what I'm looking for. At a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, the people at I-State really put forth effort to make sure I don't feel like my business isn't appreciated. Whether I'm after a random $5 part or a long list of expensive items they always treat me the same. This place stands out as exceptional in an industry that doesn't always treat drivers and OwnerOps with any level of respect. 5 Stars!!!

My radiator broke in the Rockies, they replaced it same day! Great service. Also there's motel 6 down the road.

On 2/16/24 my husband took our truck to the Missoula, MT location for a ABS issue. They were told multiple times that we were only there for our truck. Our truck was taken into the bay at 10:30 am for an estimate. At 3:00 pm they finally came out and gave us the estimate. That estimate included the trailer which we as I stated had told them not to do. At 7:30pm we were told the truck was done and we was ready to go. We paid and left. On 2/17/24 as we are heading home the ABS light came back on and we was to far away to turn around and go back. On 2/19/24 I called and left a msg for Tabitha and another one for Eric needless to say I nor my husband have heard back from them. On 2/21/24 we took our truck to our local Peterbilt and they fixed the issue. Seems the mechanic at I State has no clue what he was doing because not only was the part wrong it was placed incorrectly. So for an easy issue to fix it has cost us way more than it should have because of an incompetent mechanic.
