Beartooth Highway meanders in the steep and cold snow-capped mountains. It is known as one of the most beautiful highways in the United States. It is a section on the west side of US Highway 212. The total length is 69 miles, from Red Lodge all the way to Cooke City, the driving time is about two hours, because the altitude is as high as 10,947 feet, most of the time is covered with snow, and it is only open from the end of May to September a year.
