Greg Monk and his staff gave me a front yard that’s beautiful and draws many compliments. It was a small concrete area that was turned into a little wonderland.

After we got off work my husband son and I drove down to Natures Enhancement. As we parked a employee in her car called someone. As we were walking up to the front door a guy came out looked at us and put the closed sign out. So we loaded up and as we were pulling up towards the gate they came out to lock the gates. My husband asked don’t you close at 4:30. Yes but we have appointments today. Well it’s 4:15 and when people drive over a hour to come buy trees and you put closed signs up not even I’m sorry nothing. I won’t be back!! Very unprofessional!!

This is the worst nursery I have ever visited. Out of the dozens of small trees I purchased here over three summers about half died. While trying to warranty some of the trees recently purchased I was met with argumentative resistance, blame, and rudeness. The stock is not quality and neither are the two owners. I suggest purchasing nursery materials anywhere but here. Very poor quality staff with no emphasis on customer satisfaction. They sure do cash checks quick though!
