        Quickly fixed our problem with our hot water not working and our radiant floor heat. Didnt have to wait weeks for an appointment. Highly recommend in the bitterroot valley. Thanks again for your responsiveness! Services: Water tank repair, Water heater repair

        I drove out to his house in the country to have my hot water heater checked on my rv. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. He checked to make sure there was electric going to it. He waited for about 15- 20 minutes while I turned on the as and pump. He said that will be $125.00. He said that was about 1/2 hour. I said, you charge $250.00 per hour? He fumbled a bit and said, well yeah. He did not fix anything. This is a classic example of, I see your out of state plates and have a nice camper! Open your wallet! Joe Milligan

      First of all I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. We had 2 plumbers helping you. One was inside getting things squared away, while the other was outside getting your propane all hooked up and showing your how your water heater worked. I fit you in on a busy schedule after hours which you were 45 minutes late to.You were here for 52 minutes. When you got here you had a water heater that did not work according to you. You were able to leave here with power to everything, propane tanks hooked up and a water heater that was in operation, also a lot of knowledge you could use later, and we charged you $80.00. We also gave you names of other rv parks and campgrounds that you might find an empty spot. Yes we saw your plates and went out of our way to make you feel welcome. After hours..........well we didn't even charge you, maybe we should have but here in the Bitterroot we try to be nice and help each other out. Hope your next plumber is more to your liking. Sorry we weren't a good fit for you.
