Holiday Inn West Yellowstone, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at this hotel last week and must say I am happily surprised. From the outside it is such an unassuming hotel - you would never realize how nice it is inside. The first thing I noticed was how nice the employees were. Even though I was arriving at night because of a late afternoon flight and a 95-mile drive - everybody at the hotel was very nice. From there after I went to my room I was surprised that it was actually a fully size room. I'm not sure if all of the rooms have the same design or not. After get my luggage squared away I went to the restaurant that is in the same building as the hotel. The Branch Restaurant had equally nice people even though they were close to closing for the night everybody was very nice and they made my carryout order perfectly. In the morning I was happy that the housekeeping employees did not make noise. Usually the first thing you hear at most places is the housekeepers at 6AM. Not so at this hotel - they were very quiet and you hardly knew they were even there. Thank you all.

Traveler beware!!! This business has made multiple fraudulent charges to my credit card and refuses to correct their errors. I disputed the fraudulent charges with CapitalOne, the credit card company having the fraudulent charge and though I showed them a receipt for payment by other means, they also also participated in this fraud scheme. Won't ever stay here again.

Great Hotel choice in West Yellowstone, excellent staff. Bar/Restaurant is inside hotel & an excellent dining/drinking establishment.
