Guy put on the wrong screen protector and instead of giving me a refund as I asked he told me to keep it and put in a warranty claim to get a bigger screen protector which find out costs you money for the shipping - horrible customer service.

Somehow, text-to-speech got turned on and the man in the store fixed, turned it off, in, about, ten seconds. He knew, exactly, what he was doing. First class.

I can't say enough about the nice young man named Colin that helped me yesterday in Whitefish.  He was polite and very knowledgeable about the products.  The sad thing is he is relocating to Washington as he cannot find any place to live in the Whitefish area.

I have a very new verizon ph. & plan. A friend asked me to get a Verizon ph. & plan for him. I asked what phones/plans they have available. They asked what plan I had. I was told they don't sell phones or phone plans. I asked, isn't this a store where you sell phones & phone plans? They said they DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE ME, that have the $35./mos plans. I told them I would consider a more expensive plan, what do you have ? The fat guy with black hair and beard (NOT Taylor, he was nice). told me to leave the store as he pointed to the door. I asked what?? What did I do wrong? He said nothing but "Ill call the cops" I asked again, "what did I do? I just asked what plans you have". I went to my car, & he threatened to call the cops if I did not leave the Glacier Hardwoods parking spot. I asked him again, what did I do wrong? He refused to answer, rudely turned his back and left. Is he prejudice against me? DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUS, IF YOU DO THEY'LL BE EMBOLDENED TO BE PREJUDICE AGAINST YOU TOO. If I had done anything wrong, he could have told me what it was!
