        I have been doing Jazzercise on and off for 25 years. Kids- work- etc. sometimes took priority but I always find my way back. It is an exercise that incorporates- stretching, strength, and the most fun of course is dance. The friendships are life long. Such a fabulous fun way to spend an hour. Highly recommend Beatrice Jazzercise.
