Matt from elite came out. Didnt talk much. Went down to my furnace and barely looked at the issues I told the company about. Seemed like all he cared about was making his company money. It had a very shady salesman feel to it. He was also dressed very unprofessional. Looked like he had not showered in a few days. The only reason I had them instead of a different company was because my home warranty company contracted with them for service calls. Find a different company and save yourself the headache. I found it very hard to trust or believe what he was telling me. Elite is the worst! They told me I needed a new furnace. Quoted me $2400 after home warranty. I was skeptical of the technician. He barely looked at my system. Called for a second opinion to AIRE SERV. Their tech inspected my system for over an hour and did not believe we needed a new furnace. Elite is crooked as they come!!! Stay far away!!

The Friday before Christmas our heat stopped working. Elite was able to get some one over within a couple of hours and fix it. It was admittedly a relatively simple fix, but they were in and out in 20 minutes. The tech was super nice as well and explained the parts he was cleaning and testing.

My furnace needs a gas gauge gas blower board replaced. The technician was very responsive and timely with his diagnosis of the problem but the follow up with the Home Warranty people is dragging on as the temperatures get colder going into the last week of November (Thanksgiving) ! Thank you for everything up this point.
