        We recently had Gotcha Covered West Omaha install Hunter Douglas automatic roller shades in our living room - 6 large windows and 2 stories tall. My wife & I absolutely love these roller shades and enjoy the Bluetooth functionality as we are able to control them from our phones and set times to open and close throughout the day. Bobbi was very professional, prepared and knowledgeable when discussing our options during the consultation. The roller shades arrived in less than 2 weeks and Bobbi's installation crew, Tom & Quentin, were able to complete the install in a few hours the following Saturday afternoon. Tom & Quentin were also very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish - and cleaned up after they finished! My wife & I would highly recommend Gotcha Covered for any window coverings and we will certainly use them again!

        We recently built our forever home and wanted our window coverings to enhance the interior. Bobbi Jo did just that for us. Not only is she a delight to work with, she came to our house and had an abundance of options for us to choose from. She has an amazing eye for color/pattern and we love each window covering. The pricing is what we expected for the quality we received. From order to installation took about 3 weeks. Tom and Bobbi Jo both came to do the install. Tom is just as nice as Bobbi Jo and installation was done so quickly. We are so happy with our choices and would definitely recommend Bobbi Jo and her Gotcha Covered to anyone looking to for window coverings.
