Usually I have a wonderful experience shopping here and staff is usually extremely friendly until the experience I had today, I had picked out several plants including an azalea which had a sign in front of it stating assorted azaleas for 9.99, this sign did not specify which size plants it was including on the sale and had two different sizes mixed together in front of the sign. When I checked out I noticed my price was a lot higher than what I had anticipated so I checked my receipt and seen that I was charged 34.99 for this particular plant. I assumed that the sign was probably wrong but I figured the plant had maybe been placed in the wrong spot. I went back In to talk to the cashier about it and told her about the sign not specifying the size it was including, she had asked if i had wanted to return them the flower and I stated I wanted to check first to see if maybe it was supposed to be the 9.99 and if it was I would just take the a return for the difference. She was polite and asked for a manager to come up front and this lady was extremely rude and condescending, telling me that there was no way I could think that I would get a 35 dollar plant for 10 dollars. I ended up returning the plant, but I should have returned my whole purchase after the attitude I got from her. I frequently shop at this store and have spent a lot of money here but they will no longer be receiving my business due to the way this lady treated me.
