Reinke Travel Company

We have worked with Reinke Travel Company in the past for our honeymoon. There was no hesitation to reach out again for our recent vacation. This last trip, we worked with AJ Santos and he was exceptional! He was a great communicator and if he didnt know the answer to something, he was sure to research and call whoever it took to find the answers! He was available the second we landed in the Bahamas for all my questions when I forgot my transportation information. Upon returning home, he wanted all the details for his future clients! Highly recommend him to all my friends and family for their travel pleasure! He is already working on our next vacation experience and I can already tell, it will be nothing short of exceptional once again!

Matt is awesome. We have used his services twice and could not be more impressed. The first time we took 6 people (kids also) to Punta Cana. Two days into our trip hurricane Maria happened. Matt, was very proactive in communicating, rebooking flights, etc. This is while most others at the resort were very stressed and unable to get ahold of their airline, etc... This last time, we took our kids (8,4,1) on vacation. Matt picked the perfect resort in Cabo that fit our needs. Once again, he made sure everything was set up and we were prepared with all covid protocols. We could not be more appreciative of all that Matt does. He takes care of everything so we can truly enjoy our family vacation.
