My son loved this place, which led me to try to stay. However, as a mom some issues were BIG BIG problems I should have never let slide. #1 my son had meds to eat with breakfast, I did authorizations & expected all to be well. WRONG, the whole week he was on the antibiotics, they gave it to him 1 rime only!!! Secondly, my son had a SEVERE head injury. Which was not accurately reported to me let alone reported in a plausible time frame. HOURS later they reported what they THOUGHT happened. My son was seen by his pediatrician whome immediately sent him for x rays as she thought his skull was fractured and NO ONE even saw what happened!!! Mind you, my son is 2 years old!!!!!! This place is a joke. And then the staff doesn't communicate, the director feeds you what you want to hear until you call her out... don't put your child in an unsafe environment!!! Please!! Let me also add that my sons care wasn't discontinued until they discovered I was in search of a better safer facility, and this review was not left until I was authorized to leave one as they are under investigation with licensing and safety as well as by LPD. So again the respo se they give Goss to show you how disgusting this place actually is.. defensive and says what they need to to make anyone believe they have your child's best interest at heart.
