The folks at the O Street location were so friendly and helpful. Not pushy. They gave us all the facts we needed, answered our questions and then let us decide what was best for us. We would recommend them.

I would be leaving 0 stars if I could. My wife and I experience here at the Lincoln store has been nothing short of a disaster. We were lied to at every moment and the bigger guy that works there knows it just won't admit it. We were told when we got our sleep number that it would come with everything we saw, this included headboard. It did not. We were also told that we would not be able to return the adjustable base which we understood, what we were not told though to keep the base was $2500. Instead we were told it was only $250. Turns out the pick up fee to return is $250. They made absolutely no mention of the cost of the adjustable base. Will never recommend or do buisness with thieves again
