Maria was awesome!!! and very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of me applying for my apartment and it was very much appreciated!! Bailey my screening specialist helped me with the questions I had as well and maintenance made sure I could get into my apartment!!! Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to get an apartment or home through Century Sales and Management!!!

Trashy place. Got a bunch of ghetto free loaders into the complex at 66th and leighton, the big inspection team expects to inspect your apartment every single time do they can go tell century what tournament looks like and if theres the smallest flaw they up your rent. Plus the like every 6 months increase I dont live there anymore but used to, with my mom. All the new management cares about is renting, whether thats to rent to is a bunch of ghetto, crack and weed smoking weirdos, or old people who cant hardly help themselves and then kicks them out for absolutely no reason.The building constantly smells like weed which if youre a recovering addict like myself, does NOT help at all. Neighbors are weird and creepy, loud, and just straight up Ghetto.. One even invited me straight up, to some crack rocks w/ them I hope they get it fixed but its doubtful bc they cant even keep up on maintenance let alone keeping the building outside looking decent, they replaced grass w/mulch to attempt savaging some $$, but cant keep the mulch filled up, as well as overall curb appeal or keep the cravmheads that the neighbors let in away from sleeping in the basements and or hallways But anyways as I was saying about the older people getting rent raised, I do know they kicked an old man out (who was paying his rent on time, and keeping his apt. upkeep well, even had professionals come into clean. They kicked him out with a made up reason after having a great payment history, claiming that there was some kind of issue with his unit. Then had people touring it the next day after his things were collected.. my advice is dont put anyone you care about in one of Centurys apartments, and especially if you care about yourself/how your home looks/functions/feels. Nothing but trash owners and even trashier tenants.

This company is incredibly shady. They have no idea what they are doing and there is so much confusion. I applied and was approved for an apartment. They messed around and blamed the holidays as their reason for it taking so long. When I finally received the lease for the unit I was approved to rent, the lease listed the rent at a higher price than what they had advertised. When I called them on this, they took responsibility, failed to honor the original price and left me with no choice but to request a refund of my deposit. I wasted weeks dealing with this company and in the end, I'm left without a place for my kids and I to live. Fingers crossed they actually return the deposit in full.

DO NOT RENT FROM CENTURY. They will charge you over any little thing they can find. And the apartments are dirty with roaches and black mold growing in the toilet bowl. And the neighborhood is terrible. A quarter of the building is on drugs one even overdosed right outside our apartment. Our online packages get opened and left there because someone didnt want it. Random people walking around the complex and they knock on doors all the time. Random kids tried walking into our apartment TWICE. Safe to say I make sure to lock my car every night. Even after everything they refuse to put up cameras or do anything about it because they dont care about tenants they just want your money. When you call them and ask for a manager they say they will send you to someone higher up but it goes to voicemail. Then you call right back but the person you were just speaking with sends you to voicemail too. Communication is insanely bad you cant get ahold of anybody so we have to go into their office just to talk to them. We have four more months of our lease and Im honestly really worried for what entails.
