Eddie arrived to help with our Heat Pump in a very reasonable time, while temps were -40 with wind chills. With kindness he thoroughly explained the details/issues, and gave a clear path to a solution.

My son had an issue with his heater on the first night below freezing (of course). The team at Henson responded to my voicemail right away. They sent a technician to my son's house as soon as one was available that day, 7pm on Saturday. They had to order the part but they left my son a space heater that worked great to heat the house. The tech came back on Monday and made the repairs. Vey responsive, friendly and professional service. And the price was very reasonable considering the weekend visit. Our air conditioner went out in June. We have a home warranty, and a company was scheduled for 30 days out! We contacted Henson and they were out right away. Working with them was great, they handled the warranty company, and kept us in the loop the hole time. Cant recommend them enough.

I cant say enough nice things about everyone at Henson Heating & Cooling. They were very accommodating & able to schedule my ac unit replacement right away during this heat. The team was very professional & answered all of my questions about the new unit. They cleaned up the job site & even checked in with me after to make sure everything was cooling off. I appreciate Jesse and the team for their excellent service. 100% recommended. Service: Install AC
