        First moved in was great. Then quickly went downhill. Staff and maintenance wasn't great either. Went from getting stuff taken care of the same day to waiting weeks. Three years lived there and right at the end the finally fixed outside lights. Dealt with cockroaches and at first nothing was done from the property until actual Monarch stepped in. Now they are charging me bogus damage and extra fees. Why pay for a pet deposit then charge me pet cleaning? A broken window from when I moved in is being charged as well. Stay away and keep your money

        Great customer service from everyone in the leasing office always super helpful, apartments are great and any issues are always resolved super quick!!

        I have really enjoyed living at the Pacific winds Apartments this last years! I have found the management to be very helpful and always really friendly, the maintenance crew is amazing and the property is always clean! I look forward to staying for several years more! I highly recommend people to check it out. Thank you Pacific winds!
