Overall unimpressed. For the location and prices, I was expecting more of a high end experience. The inside reminded me of a dentist office or factory with chair after chair lined to whip out lashes. I got the total brow expecting (based on the description) a professional map out of my face to evenly shape my eyebrows. Even pointed out that goal was what lead to Deka. There was nothing special about it. It was a normal wax just like any other I have received throughout life. 100% left feeling like I had just been hustled out of $60 and my brows were still 2 completely different shapes from each other. Maybe different with lashes but for brows - stick to the $20 wax places and its just the same.

I scheduled an appt for a brow lamination, tint, and basic clean up of my eyebrows ($110). I immediately had to go home to wash off the end result of my service as it was not what I had asked or paid for.
