        Went in store and was awesome to see and feel the different options for covers and setups. The blocks right in store to configure my own want for my couch was great. Then after I left, Caitlyn messaged me thru text to follow up and help me thru my purchase when I was ready. Wasn't pushy just a resource, a direct contact, not a 800 number to call, so we finished my order thru a text and quick call and it was so simple! Then had esign to submit order so was able to do all remotely! Things like this are who I want to do business with. They make the system easy for the consumer! Can't wait to get my new couch for life!
