    They have a great team there! My lady went in to check out the apartment complex, and they already made her feel at home. Even in regards to the application process, they have been extremely responsive, especially Myles, and the team has done an exemplary job at providing assistance where necessary. Truly grateful, and looking forward to hopefully joining the community soon.

    No notice to enter apartments to spray for pests. They like to break the law like this. Also much noise and not much peace. You pay a fortune for a horrible apartment. The "maintenance manager" doesn't even know what he is doing. Everytime he fixes something it is left still not usable. Too much waste of money for bad service and bad attitude. Again is still no notice to enter plus my lights leave on. Not a happy place.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE! I spent a year here as a temporary accommodation, moved sight-unseen from out-of-state for a new job. These are my thoughts. Are you looking for poverty-level living accommodations at above-market prices? Do you enjoy the smells of sewage, BO, and exotic African cuisine? Perhaps you find comfort in the companionship of various vermin, such as cockroaches, crickets, and mice? Look no further, this is the PERFECT home for you. As you arrive in the parking lot after a hard day of work, you'll likely find yourself surrounded by garbage overflowing from the dumpsters, or a complete lack of dumpsters all together! You're greeted by loud, obnoxious neighbors that don't pick up after their dog and leave trash all over the place. You walk up the filth-covered stairs to your humble little apartment, and take in the sounds and smells of your neighbors as you greet the cockroaches sharing a home with you. Lucky you, the family of 5 living in the 2br apartment above you just got home! The cheap construction of these buildings allows you to hear and feel every single move they make - just to make sure you don't get to sleep anytime soon and share in their every precious moment. If you ever have an issue, like a moldy dishwasher that leaks all over the floor, the top-notch maintenance team will sort-of take care of it within a 2-6 month timeframe - lightning quick! During the hot summer months when your A/C is broken, cool off in the pool anytime between 8a.m.-9a.m. - it's closed the rest of the day for disinfecting, as it also serves as the communal bathtub. Indoor swimming is offered in the winter months as well, when the pipes freeze and flood the ground floors - how convenient! Speaking of convenience, you can throw away your alarm clock. Your neighbors will make sure you're awake at 6a.m. daily when the carpoolers arrive in front of every building and provide a sweet cadence of horns to lure you out of your sleep. Does your family need a fire-preparedness plan? The Arbors has you covered with a mandatory Semi-Annual Midnight Carbon Monoxide Evacuation - an educational AND exciting event for your family! Also a great place to test out your auto insurance policy - between uninsured resident drivers, break-ins, and kids throwing things, you'll be filing a claim in no time! All in all, if you enjoy living in dusty, musty, moldy, dirty, noisy, smelly buildings with abhorrent management, maintenance, and neighbors, this place is for you. If not, keep looking friend. Sincerely. Don't move here. The free popcorn on Friday's isn't even that good.
