        I have called four times for my trash to get picked up that DID NOT get picked up Monday! Called back today Thursday due to my trash still being full they stated they came back! False! Never came back for trash and still full!! Horrible

        They didn't pick my garbage up for a month and charged me so I canceled and they came and took their can saying they'll refund me. They never refunded me and charged me again the next month even tho I haven't had a can for a month. These guys are scamming people. Service: House & garage cleanouts

        Terrible service. Ever since they signed a 10-year contract with the city of Sioux City, I've had the most inconsistent trash/recycle pick up, sometimes going weeks without any pickup. Calls to Gill Hauling or the City of Sioux City water/utilities is virtually useless and you're just given a different city number to call to turn in your complaint regarding Gill Hauling. City of Sioux City also refuse to credit your bill despite if you had missed pickups, you're still billed your full monthly amount and told to just keep calling in your complaints to the cities Environmental department.
