Absolutely loved the service from Steve & his staff. Inquired on a car and bought it within two days because he held it for me. He explained all the details about the purchase in a way that was clear for me to understand being it was my very first car purchase. He has been extremely accessible and open to questions and concerns after purchase. Highly recommend.

I have been trying to get in touch with Steve for about 4 days now. I spoke with Steve over the phone mentioning I would like to see two cars on his lot we set a time for Thursday for us to meet and I can come test ride the vehicles. I live in South Lake Tahoe about 20 miles from his location . After having a friend drive me down to the shop the cars were lined up out front for me to view them. However Steve was not at the office and has been unreachable since. No phone calls answered or voicemails returned.. I wasted my day off waiting now its been 4 days and Steve hasnt even given me a call back.. truly an unprofessional way to conduct business. I was highly motivated to buy the car and he couldnt seem to care.. I have never experienced anything like this before
