I'm excited and pleased to so far with my family new apartment. I can tell that Devin took the time to listen to my comfortability and concerns when choosing a unit for my family. Devin and Janet's hospitality, customer service and communication for me is a A+. Since being here for a year this will be a our first place where we make home. Even though they're minor fixes that needs to be done and it's not pool season I really like our place. I will have to live here long to give all five star Thank you so much

I switched units because my neighbor was harrassing me, and I countiously emailed them proof about it but I had to pay rent in 2 units at once for the first month in my new unit. They owe me $830 REFUND and security deposit and it has been 4 months now; two different people have told me the check was processed and waiting for the realease now I am being told the previous manager never sent the amount to the corporate office for a check to be made. Don't know what to believe anymore because the story keeps changing. I need my owed money more than this corporation does. This has been a disappointing experience. In the state of the Nevada, they have 1 month to return security deposits then residents can file a claim in small claims court to sue for it.

I do not recommend renting here. The maintenance staff takes a long time to resolve issues. The staff and new property manager are unprofessional. Ive been hung up on by staff and talked down to by Destiny. I brought neglectful and urgent matters to the staffs attention, and it took them a month to fix it. Our AC was rising; it said 88 degrees when the thermostat was set to 70. Maintenance came and went, but never fixed the issue. Not to mention that there were several days when the outside temperature was above 100. Our AC pipes were consistently freezing, so I called the emergency maintenance line and left a voicemail. No one got back to me. A few weeks went by and I went to the leasing office. They had an HVAC-certified gentleman come and take a look. He said our charges were really low. Our AC was finally fixed, but we spent extra money running it for a month when it wasnt working properly. Ive had an excessive amount of maintenance issues while I was here. Ultimately, I moved out due to the lack of communication, lack of care, and lack of professionalism from staff. Its been almost 60 days since I moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit back or heard anything regarding it. Ive contacted the leasing office several times for an update. Theyve written down my current address and keep telling me they will get back, but never do. A staff member hung up on me when I tried to explain my frustration regarding my security deposit. Ever since Lynne and Vanessa left, this place has gone down hill. I wouldnt recommend moving here. EDIT: Since their reply, on 12/6/2023, I sent them an email asking how they are going to make things right. I have not received a response and its been a week.

The apartments are responsible for the repairs of the building and the services they provide to the people, if they do not comply, simply sue them for non-compliance since they are responsible for the tenants' peace of mind, which is why they are being paid a service...
