REBEKAH IS AMAZING!! She was professional, kind, relatable, reliable, and always kept me in the loop. Never any surprises, her communication and guidance are second to none. I am forever, a loyal customer and will reach out to Rebekah if ever I need to refi or a new purchase. She is very knowledgeable about everything related to loans, loan process, and best practices. Plus, shes like a dog with a bone when it comes to getting you the best rates, shes no quitter! She massaged our loan until we received exactly what we asked for in our original meeting. Rebecca Manuel is a true treasure and you would be very fortunate to work with her on any of your loan needs. Since I know reviews can often be questionable. Rebekah is very knowledgeable and professional. She was super helpful throughout my refinancing process. She is a true blessing to work with. Rebekah answered all my questions and kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process. Her communication skills are superb and I would highly recommend her to EVERYONE with mortgage needs. She is absolutely awesome!!!

After having a great experience with Cardinal financial on a 2021 purchase in Nevada, we went back to them for another purchase in 2022, this time in Georgia. We selected Rebekah because of her impressive knowledge of the housing market in Georgia. Rebekah is a savvy financial advisor who does her homework on each sale. Her market research helped us avoid over offering and saved us money. She also helped us find a fantastic local real estate agent. She guided us through the process, met every deadline and kept us informed and up to date. She is a great communicator, is very professional and detailed and tops it all off with a warm & pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend her!
