Aerie , Offline Store

Came in here with my daughter for her to get clothes for school. Gabby helped us. How she keeps up with everyone and is so welcoming and friendly is amazing. I would be pooped. She is a ball of energy. I also love the deep pockets for woman's jeans, as she pointed out. We also would have gotten lost in buying way too much if we didn't get out of there. I think I want every top I saw.

Apparently tipping is not allowed. A ball of fire young woman with a pixie cut was beyond helpful. She said in lieu of a tip, to leave a review. The review is for her and whoever hired her. She was fantastic. I could not say enough good things about her. She was an absolute dream.

I don't leave reviews, but the way Gabby took care of my partner was outstanding. I haven't experienced someone in her position with so much exuberance. Her friendliness seemed genuine, unlike most of our experiences at a store. What an absolute delight.

I usually can let these things go, but this one kept pestering me. There is a short gentleman that works here that was rude to everyone and apparently finds it appropriate to swear in front of customers. He seemed to talk to people as they were beneath him. Instead of causing a scene with how rude I found him, I chose to leave. I will not return to this location. I went to a different mall and spent over $400 at a competing store. He probably saved me money in the long run, as the same amount of clothes probably would have cost me $600 at this store. Maybe it was just a bad day, but how someone could act that way at their job or hire someone that can is beyond me. With the current climate of employment and the economy, the lack of appreciation for having this job astounded me.
