      • CJ is to be commended. We started out with the unfortunate news that this place didn't have a shuttle from the airport. I was forced to use an Uber for my family from the rental terminal to this location. Except for CJ's incredible attitude and free upgrade, this would have been a worse review. Also, Enterprise locations for Las Vegas need to have do a better job of picking up and having drop off capabilities. There is no reason why a major car rental company doesn't have airport shuttles. Overall, satisfied.

        No one is there. Out to lunch sign but no one returns. No actual attendant. No one answers the number "for immediate assistance". Forever rings.

        They wouldn't accept my Brazilian drivers licence even though I've been using it in America every time I visit. Enterprise says it is accepted in there website but the manager won't.
