I can find many places that will give me a better price. The price I was quoted during purchase and what was posted on their board was not what I was charged. They need to include the sales tax in the quoted price if it is going to be charged for a coin, it was never even mentioned until I saw it on the receipt. No refunds so don't change your mind once they have your money! My recommendation is road trip to anywhere in Arizona.

I took a rare coin there for appraisal 3 years or so back under old management they gave me a good estimate that was fair but I decided to hang on to the coin. I took the same coin back under the new management and was told they were not interested at all because the value had appreciated to much for them and they could not get an accurate appraisal and didn't want it at all also I took them some silver proof sets they low balled me on big time I found out later they gave me the prices of just the quarters set not the entire proof set stay away from here this place is not the same I have spent lots of my money there but they won't get another dime from me

Was quoted a price over the phone, drove all the way down to the shop and they rescinded the offer stating they made a mistake. I tried working with them. They wouldnt budge. I was a regular customer and I will not be returning. I dont ever post reviews as I think it is a Karen thing to but this one was pretty upsetting considering gas prices and time.
