I am very comfortable with this practice.It's a new facility...clean and organized office. Friendly staff and modern equipment. No pressure to to buy...just given info and estimates.  I have recommended this office to my family.

Dr Hu was great. definitely want to continue seeing her. Personable and knowledgeable. Front desk great and assistant Carlos was awesome. Super beautiful office. Lack of stars due to dental hygienest. I was charged 250$ for a 14min cleaning. I looked at the clock (I was counting the time because I had to get back to my son)  at 1248pm when she laid me back, she sat me back up at 1:02pm. I was charged 250$ for an overpriced "extensive" scaling cleaning. either my teeth wasn't as bad as she sold them to be or she didn't do her job. either way I got ripped off. I'd let my teeth fall out before going back to the hygienist. I was a dental assistant for 4 years, even regular cleanings were at least 30mins.

My kids and I love this Dentist. Everyone is very friendly. They are always on time, the wait is minimal to none. They make my kids feel super comfortable and take away their anxiety by being extremely attentive to their needs (mine too). From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and walked through the whole process. The Front Desk,  X Ray technicians, the Dental Assistants, the Doctors all make you feel at ease and inform you very well. Everything is explained thoroughly to you and they genuinely care about your experience and well being.  I never liked going to the Dentist but feel very great and at ease here. Highly organized with the customer at center of attention. Special THANK YOU to the Office Manager Jen for not only making herself available for questions but for doing such an amazing job of providing high quality service together with her awesome Team. Highly recommend this place!

I am You're usually terrified of the dentist. But at Highlands Modern Dentistry the staff is amazing, kind I like this office very much
