Dont rent 911 Room the room is horrible. The room had blood on the walls in the bathroom. Also, their tubs are too high. If youre over 60 years of age, youre not going to be happy customer service is horrible complained to the manager never came out buyers beware! also, use the housekeeping service. I put it on never clean my room when you rest your mouth and the bathroom sink the water fills up and it takes forever to go down. They have so many problems with this room. I love and checked in at the Venetian casino hotel that is the best place to stay at with no problems ! Rooms: They also didnt have ADA rooms available.

I stayed there for 4 nights for Twitchcon, I paid $229+tax/night for 2 of the nights, and the other two a whopping $329+tax/night. So an average of $279+tax per night. For what you get frankly, the place should be around $180/night. I asked for a quiet room, they put me on the side where construction and non stop beeping starts at 7 am. Imagine sleeping at 4 am (hey it is Vegas) only to be awoken at 7 am by constant beeping. The room itself was fine , comfy bed, and pretty well equipped, but showing its age a bit. They do NOT have a restaurant at the hotel. Imagine paying all this much and not have the ability to have breakfast in the morning. The service is really bad too. So I come in on Thursday, and the safe in the room does not work, and then later on at night when I went to shower, the shower gel bottle is empty. I complained the next day and I go out to have fun , at night I return and the shower gel has not been filled and the safe not fixed. So had to complain again , at least they sent me someone with a new shower gel bottle. The safe was not fixed during my stay. They have a button if you need your room made up. I pressed the button on Saturday morning, but when I returned to the hotel at night, the room was not touched. So I thought maybe, I need to do it at night so they schedule it for the next day, wrong again. I went to the hotel in the afternoon and complained, front desk told me I should have talked to them instead (so what is the point of that button ?) On Monday, my flight was at 5 pm, and usually all hotels allow you a late checkout for a fee. I got refused, because the hotel is fully booked. On the positive side: Location is great and the people at the front desk are friendly. unfortunately , I would not book there again and I think was a great waste of money.
