Farmers Insurance - Joseph Haas

This review has been long overdue. Allison Levy has been a remarkable agent for us. She is very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable of what she does. She explains the process carefully and gives us options on what can be included in our policy. Shes one of the reasons why weve been with them I guess for a decade now. You can never go wrong with them. Kudos to you Allison! Thanks as always!!

Our family has been with them for many years but it's gotten very expensive! We finally found cheaper insurance (half the price -same coverage)and when we called to cancel they gave us so much trouble! They came up with a bill from months behind that "we didn't pay" ! How can we have insurance if we didn't pay a past bill ? It was obviously made up. And not only that , they also didn't update the DMV on our last month with them and Dmv is saying we didn't have insurance for that month , now we have to pay a fine. They are very dishonest , spiteful and money hungry ! There are so many better options for insurance out there !!

I go to April Munoz for all of my insurance needs through farmers. Not only is she efficient and thorough with everything but she really goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best coverage and rates possible and always finds what works the best for my individual and our familys needs. We just got life insurance through her as well for both my husband and myself paying less than $100/month! I feel very well taken care of and I never worry about any of it because she stays on top of all of my insurance needs. This is the kind of customer service that creates life long relationships and I wouldnt ever go anywhere else now!

Everyone in this office is wonderful! But this is especially for Allison Levy. The most Amazing customer service, she was patient with me, explained things i didnt understand in depth and made switching companies very smooth and hassle-free. Thank you Allison.

first off, you never actually deal the "agent" - it's always his staff! and in this case they are terrible!!!!  I left Allstate and went to Farmers cos I being ripped off and at first I felt good about it then with every encounter I left frustrated!  constantly raising rates, they screwed up my account when I tried to transfer ownership of home policies, then refused to insure the new home, then I finally had enough and decided to cancel and move to State Farm they ripped me off again by  Keeping 2/3 of my refund.
