Best Land Rover dealership by far. Even though I live in Utah, I still prefer to drive a couple hours to go to JLR of Henderson! The service department does a fantastic job! I always feel welcome, and know they are taking excellent care of my Range Rover Sport. If youre going to own and make the investment in a luxury SUV, you want to make sure that you have a dealer with a great service department that understands that and respects your time and property. Land Rover of Henderson does this exceptionally well.

I had a great experience buying my Range Rover Evoque here. I was offered top dollar for my trade and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. There is a no pressure feel from start to finish and even the other customers that I spoke to while purchasing my car were having the same positive experience. You cannot go wrong buying a car from this establishment!!

Updated 4/7/24 Beware buying a Range Rover in Las Vegas. Sales is great, service is an epic fail. I wish I had researched more about the service issues plaguing Land Rover these days. I called service 3 times, always was forwarded to voice mail after being on standby for 5 min. Left a message, no call back until I contacted my sales person who has been great. If you need service prepare to wait more than 2 weeks for ANY appointment and you will need to drop off your vehicle for days. No stopping by to get it inspected before making a road trip. And good luck getting a comparable vehicle. I have had a cosmetic part of my grill pop out since the day I purchased the vehicle. I can't even get that fixed. I stop by, they apparently just push it back in, and of course it pops out days later. I waited my entire life to buy this car, which I love, but gives me anxiety that if anything should happen my vehicle will be delegated to some service abyss. Oh and if you want any upgrades to the vehicle, like a camera etc. its likely not in stock with no expected dates and no way to put yourself on a wait list for a call back. And make sure you know the part you want because the guy I keep seeing doesn't seem to have a lot of answers and gets very impatient. I had to identify and purchase my own badges through another supplier by taking pictures of similar vehicles in parking lots. At BMW on the other hand, you just roll in and they take care of you. I am not fond of their sales department, but service is next level. Maybe its the old cake adage. Btw, don't expect much better from Henderson Land Rover. I tried, the only difference is they didn't sell me the car. My original sales review 5 stars. Over the years I have visited Range Rover to look and dream, mostly from afar. Not long ago I was servicing my vehicle next door at Subaru and while I waited, I would make my way over to the Range Rover lot to stare into the windows and look at window stickers. A week ago, I ran into Kwasi. He greeted us outside, said hello and simply followed my lead. He never asked for a phone number or investigated my background to "pre-qualify" me, he simply offered to share his own joy of working at this dealership for these brands. He provided an experience that was honest and exciting. Thank you Kwasi. I can't be more excited to join the Range Rover family.
