Brilliant Reverse - CMG Home Loans

Terrible service. Loan Officer didnt provide accurate information or explanations for rates. When I was able to set up a conference call, loan office was 20 minutes late for the call. She was too busy taking her dog to the groomers to keep her appointment. Towards the end, neather the loan officer or her assistant returned calls. I had to have my real estate agent reach out to her manager. I signed a final closing statement, and then the following week the numbers changed. I guess they forgot who was paying them to complete my home purchase.

This company does even deserve a star Leslie Mcgarry and her husband Mark Mcgarry are scammers, very misleading and doesn't have there client best interest at heart. The only thing they care about about is getting paid due to Cov19, I never closed on my home and since Mark did not sign a contingency to extend my loan due to the government being closed. I lost my earnest deposit money of $2000 dollars the both of them knew my situation. A single parent of three boys neither one of them reached out to help or even say they will ensure to make sure I get my money back. Trust me I will not go with out a Legal battle. God always take care of his children right is right is wrong. As a realtor & a mortgage company there job is to protect there client.

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing! While I was away for training, my wife was stressed to the max; but Andrew reassured her that everything would work out and not to worry. Im so happy we went with CMG and I let everyone know that their amazing! He pulled some strings with the VA also to get my information with them fixed, Andrew is truely the best!

Worst experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. Broker was great but once loan was finalized they refused to send me a payment coupon and would not take payment over the phone. When asked they told me to just put a check in a blank envelope and send to California. They then held check till after due date making me worry it didn't get there in time and that it would ding my credit. I will never use them or suggest them to another person

Im a 1099 independent contractor and a nurse which could be difficult to purchase a home but Andrew Leavitt made buying this 2nd house a breeze, compared to the first time I bought using a different lender. We closed in 30 days as promised. My wife and I had a bunch of hoops to jump through but Andrew guided us each step of the way and made sure we closed on time as promised.
