        I stopped in to the Las Vegas Camping World shop today thinking I needed an adjustment on my hitch. After I saw the shop labor rates I expected to pay at least 99.50 to get this done. Hector and Tyler looked at my hitch and said it looked exactly as it should. When I explained my difficulty coupling and uncoupling they realized I was not properly sliding the lock on my trailer. Thanks to Tyler and Hector I finally learned how to properly use my equipment, and all for no charge. A big thank you to you both!
