The solar panels installed at my parents home was not as it was explained and sold to them. I feel they were taken advantage of unfortunately because of their age and not understanding.

From the onset of my experience with SunSource, its been great. They are very communicative, have consistently answered all of my questions (and Ive had a lot!), worked with us on getting a new breaker panel and our advisor Taylor Giordano was very knowledgeable and not pushy, and helped us understand the process. Ive been told by numerous people that SunSource is one of the best and that has been my experience!

I just had my system activated today so I can't speak on the functionality just yet, I'll update in a few months. The process however, was smooth and painless. Chris and Alice were on top of everything and good people. No pressure, just information, and we saw far more benefits to getting solar with them. They took care of all the red tape with nv energy and my hoa...I literally didn't have to do a thing but be at the house a few times and sign a few documents that they gathered from each of the companies involved. I truly appreciated the ease of the process! Thank you!!

We had such an amazing experience with Sun Source Energy! David was very informative and did a great job explaining to us all of the benefits of solar energy, plus our savings and how the entire process would work. Kayla was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Ryan got our system up and running very quickly. They worked with our HOA and with NV Energy on our behalf, which took so much stress off of us. Overall, everyone is super helpful and the entire process was so easy.

We weren't going to do solar any time soon, but after talking to Alice and Chris Barnum, me and my wife decided to go ahead and get solar. They explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The install process was completely painless and some of the time we didn't need to be home. Sun Source and the Barnums have always been available when we thought of a question, and it was answered promptly. We could not have gotten a better solar company or reps, both have exceeded our expectations.
