I had a bad snowboard crash in 2017 and experienced lower back pain for years. It got to a point where it became difficult to sit on a couch for longer than 30 minutes. In Early 2022, I reached out to AlignLife and got an appointment setup with Dr. Aaron and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my well being. Dr. Aaron is personable, intelligent, and you can see how he cares for every one of his patients. He's a master of his craft. His staff are amazing (especially Alex as I've worked with her the most and she's always got fly kicks on). The facility is clean and my appointments have always been done on time. I really appreciate that the results are measurable so you can see progress against your Day 1 x-rays. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. I've been able to get my adjustments starting from 2x a week down to 1x a month and I'm no longer experiencing back pain. I can go hard as ever in my workouts and feel great. I didn't know it was going to be possible to feel this good again and I thank this entire team for helping me get there. 5 stars all day!
