Very friendly place plus the staff who works there are great, friendly and gentle plus knowledgeable with care! Definitely recommend this office, always of course the dentist is excellent too fixed any teeth issues me and my family are very happy!!!

Im disappointed every time I come here for an Invisalign appointment or cleaning. The orthodontist takes less than five minutes with me and he, along with the assistants, always ask questions that make me feel like they arent taking the time to fully look through my information. Last time, I was asked what size rubber bands I was given. I didnt even know they came in different sizes and when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong size. Why wouldnt this information be listed on a chart or known by the ortho? This time the ortho asked if I thought I was done with my Invisalign treatment (which Im getting for an alignment issue not an aesthetic issue). It felt like a doctor asking you if you think your broken leg is fully healed. Im coming to YOU to be the expert and I just dont feel like I can trust them. At the end of my appointment, the assistant said they wouldnt charge me for my next Invisalign scan but I paid upfront. Now Im worried that I dont actually know what I paid for. Cleanings have never lasted longer than 15 minutes here. I just dont think they really care about the job they do, they care more about how many jobs they do. The front desk is really sweet and I really want to like it here. But I also want to know that my teeth arent getting messed up.
