Initially, I was eager to work with Nobel Studios. My first online appointment was delightful, I met with Lisa, she was enthusiastic, well organized and communicative. My second online appointment was very interesting, I met with Erik, he was a few minutes late, unenthusiastic, disorganized and inattentive. The entire meeting was mostly me juggling ideas in an attempt to keep him engaged, when it was evident he was set on disengaging. He set the tone in room and it was grey. LOL. His dull demeanor made me feel slightly inadequate, discouraged, and discombobulated. I would have have enjoyed meeting with someone more vibrant and upbeat for my second meeting, it is quite awkward and unpleasant when someone does not match ones energy. I was so thrown off by his nonchalant attitude, it was difficult to focus, and properly express myself; I felt inconsequential. In addition, I was told wed all meet in person and instead receive a generic rejection letter. I would have greatly appreciated some sincerity, a nice were not interested, thank you for your time is still acceptable. Overall, my interaction experience was somewhat positive, I do regret wasting 3 weeks of my time on unnecessary online meetings, for a company that claims to carry out a holistic" approach, it would have been preferable to meet in person, online meetings are rigid and robotic...so synthetic. On the bright side, I gained cultural insight from it all, it was nice to meet with different people and gain new perspectives I thank them for that.
