Heather has helped take years off my looks over the past 20 years since we met at her award winning H2O Salon when it first opened. Not only is she dedicated in her own work, but she also trained many stylists over the years to expand her care for her clients and to give opportunities to others. Heather is an expert color and hair design artist and scientific in her knowledge and approach, treating each individual with care and consideration of their own unique needs and desires. Having now downsized to a solo salon she is truly one-of-a-kind who continues to give dedicated care in a private setting with you as the singular attention of her focus. Heather is an outstanding colorist! She made an olive toned brunette the prettiest shade of blonde. I never thought Id love being blonde but Im never going back and its only because of her talent.

I stopped going to her when she ran h2o after I went on time for my appointment. She was doing a friends hair and came out to say Im running late, you can look round the shops. Come back in 20 minutes, no apology. . I returned later and she still wasn't ready. Again, no apology. Rude.

New client in the last 6 months and truly impressed with Heather. She brings the expert experience to build a personalized cut, color, or treatment and listens to your needs. Loving the process she uses to cover my grey hairs! Glad the location is local and good schedule especially for working professionals. Salon space is cute and bright, cozy when it's just you or another client getting services.
