Groundhog Turf Care

As a previous customer, I'm so disappointed with GroundHog. I reached out last Summer and inquired about aerating and over-seeding to cover up some bare spots and renew my lawn. I explained that a few years back I had used my irrigation company for the same service and wasn't pleased with the result. Ryan assured me that GH is "a turf care company" and specializes in this service. To remove any perceived risk, he said "we stand by our work" and to call him directly if any issues/concerns come Spring. Well I just called... Ryan is no longer with the business. Mike took a good 10 minutes explaining how all of the lack of results are my fault - not enough water, wrong fertilizer, improper mowing, etc. They're happy to sign me up for a complete lawn care program but, maddeningly, they'll do exactly nothing to stand by their previous work. Trust and Integrity are so important in customer relationships. With a single call, GroundHog destroyed both. Service: Grass seeding

Let me start by saying very courteous when they come to your home. Customer service top notch! Explains everything I need to know about my lawn.
