What a crazy experience. My adult daughter wasn't feeling well, and while we were in the office, she had a severe anxiety/panic attack. Couldn't have been in a better place for that to happen. The nurse and doctor were amazing. They spent so much time working through the attack, for 4 hours, while still attending to other patients. They were so patient and empathetic. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I headed to Urgent Care after not being able to secure an timely appointment with my eye doctor. Ashley the NP on staff was amazing. After assessing my situation, she thoughtfully researched options and determined it was outside her scope of treatment. She took it upon herself to reach out to my doctor through their urgent line and also secured a second appointment with another doctor just in case my regular doctor was unable to address my needs immediately. I can't speak highly enough of the empathy, thoroughness and professionalism by Ashley and her team. Can she be my primary care doctor? lol

I went in sick, coughing up green mucus. Doc detailed what mucus was, and that it was green didn't mean anything. No antibiotics, got inhaler and benzonatate. Okay. Followed up with my PCP a few days later. Said the green mucus indicates an infection. Got antibiotic and steroid from her and feeling so much better!! Will not be back, if I'm sick. I don't think UC's know the patient's enough to provide the best care for illness. They are fine for minor injuries and such.
