Ive used nationwide insurance for almost 10 years. Ive only contacted the local office a couple times if needed. Today I needed help as the 800# just wasnt helping. I called extremely flustered, in tears, at my breaking point and spoke with Kathy. Kathy went above and beyond to help me. Basically said I got you, hold tight. Within minutes I got a call from a supervisor who escalated my case that Ive been trying to deal with since 5:45am this morning after landing in a ditch with my toddler (I hate snow & winter). Kathy called me back to check in. Seriously I appreciate that so much. Any other time I have needed help staff has been wonderful. But today. Today was quite the eventful day and Kathy helped a lot.
