My husband and I worked with Karl over the course of a few months while searching for a home. The first time we met Karl he showed us a home that he had just listed. Mind you, he made himself available on a major holiday and accommodated our schedule. After walking through the house, we quickly realized that we wanted him as our realtor. We had friends suggest realtors but we didnt really click with anyone on the level that we did with Karl. Karl is super down to earth and is straight forward. He doesnt sugar coat anything and makes sure you know what youre getting yourself into with each home. My husband and I totally felt like he had our best interest at heart. He would walk through each house and point out anything that maybe we missed in terms of repair, etc. He was extremely reliable, lightning fast to respond to our many questions, and helped us purchase a home that was within our budget. When it came time to offer in this busy market, he gave us great advice and suggestions. He would guide us when we were offering too low or high, etc. In the end, we found a home that is exactly what we were looking for. We honestly miss speaking to him each day, ha! We highly recommend Karl as a top realtor.

Karl was very honest and always willing to looking out for our best interest when we were moving to the area from across the country. Since we were unable to visit some of the houses, he did a virtual walk through for us so we could still see the houses "in person". We ultimately ended up with the house of our dreams because Karl helped us realize it was best not to settle for something we weren't truly passionate about. He did not stop looking for us until the right thing came along and the offer was accepted! His knowledge of the area and local businesses and services was invaluable to us as we got started in our new home! We have and will continue to recommend Karl to anyone looking to relocate to the Southern NH area!

I partnered with Karl when he told me he was low pressure and would let me take my time finding the perfect home for me and my family. I had really specific requirements in what I wanted for a new home and I knew the market had limited inventory. I've had other realtors in the past who would pressure me to go look at homes I knew weren't a good fit, or were out of my price range. Karl sent me new listings daily but let me take my time combing through them. He also was super responsive when I found one I liked and got us an appointment to see it right away. He also has been in the business long enough to know a lot about home infrastructure and architecture, which helped me out a lot since I love old homes and sometimes my emotions get the best of me. Karl also gave me great advice about selling my home and doing a lease-back until I found the right home for me. I got an offer over asking price and two months to lease back while I looked for a new home. Karl made the process fun, as well, with his stand-up comic background. You'll certainly have your share of laughs! All around, I give Karl a huge thumbs up! Way up!

Karl worked with us for a while in our search for a house in Milford and all along offered us valuable advice when we viewed each property with him. He did find us a house he knew suited what we were looking for and with his professional guidance helped us with the offer and ultimately we closed on the property. Karl Zahn was a diligent and knowledgeable partner when it came to getting us into a house that we love. My wife and I had no experience with a buyers broker. We had bought our former house directly from the seller and we had lived in it for 36 years. Karl took care of everything. He did the heavy lifting. He was invaluable. We were even able to take a three week trip to Hawaii to be with a nephew on his wedding day. His value to us continued after we were in the new place. When we needed advice on who to call for various services he was the man. He was an excellent spokesman for our interest and we would not hesitate to ask his help should the occasion arise again.
