Great experience at Pembroke United Ag & Turf in purchase of new lawn tractor. Although it took a little longer to test drive the tractor, all staff were attentive and helpful with information during visit to store and upon delivery.

I originally purchased my tractor from NCT and after the ownership change to United AG & Turf, I admittedly wasn't sure what to expect. I had my mower serviced and after the service was performed never received the receipt or breakdown of the service performed. After numerous attempts I had given up. This year, I had called in and spoke to a very nice person named Robin in the service department.... she was super helpful and accommodating with coordinating the appointment and walked me through the services that would be performed based on the number of hours on the machine. The experience was much better than the year prior and I look forward to continuing to do business with United AG and turf.
