        We have been very happy with our wood stove that we bought from the Stove Shoppe years ago. It has also saved us lots of money from not having to use as much oil to heat our home. We just had it cleaned out by Travis & Tim who did a great job! They were very thorough (cleaning the stove & chimney) and also explained what they were doing. They made our wood stove look nice & clean! Thank you to Travis & Tim!

        Nov 2023 - I want to thank the team. Glad I went with you. John Carroll and Dan Gannon in sales - the no pressure, but very helpful with information and explanations made the sale. Travis, Tim and Alonzo for the install - great job and also appreciated their expert knowledge. Stephanie the Service Manager - very responsive ! Thank you all. Feb 2024 - Sean did a great job in resolving the start up air control issue as he was methodical and found the two issues from the factory.

        Amazing shop! Great selection, good customer service, expedient, thorough, and careful installation. Tim and Travis did the install for us and I couldn't recommend them more. They took the time to explain the whole process and walk us thru how the stove works.

        I needed my fireplace fixed and it needed cleaning. Nate and Sean did a fantastic job ! They were on time . and the project was completed in a timely manner . Nate took the time to explain the issues and showed us how to troubleshoot in the future. I would highly recommend the Stove Shoppe and their service department.
