He provided details beforehand and answered any questions I had. His inspection was thorough and was able to give details showing his knowledge and experience in the process. After getting quotes and speaking with a few inspectors, we hired Mike to inspect the house we plan on buying. He was very responsive and it was easy to schedule a time that worked for us. He arrived on-time (to the minute!), took his time explaining the process, and then spent over an hour inspecting our house. He then walked around and pointed to the things he flagged as concerning. He promised us a full report in writing by the end of the day (which he delivered beyond our expectation). We would undoubtedly refer Mike to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.

Mike was very thorough and knowlegeable in his inspection of our soon to be home. He's friendly, personable and was fast to answer all of our questions and concerns. The inspection reports provided were really detailed, breaking down the problems and suggesting solutions to those issues whether serious or not. These reports are pretty much guides to the property you will be purchasing. Along the lines of manuals that come with pretty much any costly thing you purchase nowadays. That being said... I could'nt be happier with the report/manual/guide Mike and company provided. I highly recommend and will gladly use Off the Hook again when needed. P.S. I would like to add that Off The Hook was the most flexible with scheduling as well as the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I was getting quotes from that evening. Those factors along with the good reviews were a huge plus in deciding to use this company's services.

I definitely recommend Off the Hook for your home inspection. Michael was right on time and began the inspection process as soon as he got there. He did a complete inspection and he made sure I was happy with everything. He was very friendly, informative and right to the point. I got the report right away and it was very detailed. I will definitely use them again for any other inspections in the future.
